If the cleaner is fitted with telescopic tube

B3, adjust its length to fit your figure (Fig. 4).

Floor nozzle

B1 is designed to be used to clean carpets or smooth flooring (Fig. 5). If the

floor nozzle is fitted with a brush, pull it out by switching over a flap when vacuuming hard

floorings. You can use crevice nozzle

B6 for vacuuming places that are hard to access (Fig.

6). Upholstery nozzle

B4 or brush B5 can be used to clean various types of furniture (Fig.

7, 8). The vacuum cleaner can be switched on or off by pushing button

A4 marked with the

symbol (Fig. 9). The suction power can be adjusted with the control on hose handle

B2

(Fig. 10) or by setting regulation

A6 (Fig. 11). The minimum suction power is recommended

for fine fabrics (e.g. curtains, drapes). The maximum suction power is recommended for

floor coverings (e.g. heavy-duty carpets). After finishing work, switch off the vacuum cleaner

and unplug it from the power supply. By switching button

A5 with symbol

(Fig. 12) the

power cord will be wound automatically. The vacuum cleaner can be held and carried by

handle

A9 (fig. 28).

Full dust bag indicator

If the full coloured field shows permanently on the

A7 indicator with the tool lifted off the

floor at

full power setting, the dust bag must be exchanged (Figure 13). Disregard control

activation during work.

Exchanging the dust bag

After depressing the lock in the back of the lid (Figure 14), lift the lid in the locked position.

Remove the holder with the dust bag (Figure 15) and discard with other garbage. After

lifting the clamp, the dust bag can be removed from the holder (Figure 16). Insert the new

dust bag in the holder so that the slotted edge on the dust bag face rests against the two

mating lugs and press the dust bag face against the mating surface (Figure 17) until the

holder clamp engages. Following the removal procedure in the reverse order, insert the

dust bag with the bag holder in the corresponding grooves in the suction chamber of the

cleaner and click the lid shut.

Exchanging the cloth dust bag

The cloth dust bag can be used for any cleaner model. While the cloth dust bag is not

shipped as standard accessory, it is available separately as a spare part. The cloth dust

bag performs the function of and acts as a full replacement for the paper bag. The cloth

dust bag is removed and reinstalled in exactly the same way as the paper dust bag.

To empty the dust bag, proceed as follows:

1. Remove the bag from the holder and the slide off the clamp bar by pulling it to the side

(Figure 18). The cloth bag will open and the dust bag can be emptied and shaken clean

(Figure 19).

2. Install the clamp bar by following the above procedure in the reverse order. Put the bag

back in its holder and install the holder in the cleaner.

Important precautions

– Never wash or dip the cloth dust bag in water. Never use a damaged cloth dust bag.

– For sanitary reasons we recommend emptying the dust bag outside housing premises.
