II. FEATURES OF THE DEVICE AND ACCESSORIES (pic. 1)
The basic version of the ETA 1088 mixer comprises of propulsion unit, whisks, kneading
hooks, immersion blender, mixing utensil, spatula and side rack for accessories. The ETA
2088 and ETA 3088 version is equipped with a light and is extended by a stand with a
rotary bowl and a lid. The ETA 3088 has scale built in the stand.

III. PREPARATION FOR USE (pic. 1, 2)
Remove all packaging material and remove the mixer with accessories. Remove all
adhesive foils, stickers or paper from the appliance. Wash all parts which will come in
touch with food in hot water with soap, rinse them thoroughly with clean water and wipe dry
or let dry before first use.
Use of the individual levels (A1, A2)
0 – off
1 to 4 – speed selection (use for whisking, mixing, kneading)
– position of the switch only for mixing (turn the submersible blender on by
pressing the TURBO button)
TURBO button – the motor is running at max. power the whole time the button A2 is pressed
– may be use at any speed level except 0.
