Baking in

Fill the ingredients into the pan, up to three quarters of the side wall at most. In case the

ingredients contain fat, set the regulation knob to level 4 to 5 and lower the temperature

when finishing baking. In case the ingredients contain more liquid, set the regulation knob to

level 5 and lower the temperature with the regulation knob the closest to switching-off

– turning off of the indicator light when the boiling is intensive.
– Hot water may remain on the inner part of the lid! Be careful to prevent injuries (scalds or

burns).

– Never cut the processed food in the pot!

– Stir the ingredients once in a while to prevent them from sticking together.

– If you are cooking for a longer time, check that the ingredients do not get dried out or burnt.

– When cooking, try not to remove the lid too often as it leads to heat escape and liquid

evaporation. The cooking time will need to be adjusted depending on how often and for

how long the lid was removed.

– Check whether the food has been sufficiently heat processed before consumption. If the

food is undercooked, continue cooking.

– When roasting meat, it is necessary to keep in mind that different kinds of meat contain

different amount of water and fat, therefore water needs to be added as necessary. If we

add a lot of water, the meat is being stewed, rather than roasted!

– Never leave the finished dishes in the appliance which is on for longer than necessary

(ca. 2 hours). The food might begin to go bad.

– Pets (e.g. exotic birds) may be responsive to the smell/odour, vapours and smoke arising

during the preparation of food. Therefore it is recommended that the food should be

prepared in another room.

Frying

Select level 6 or 7 according to fat quality. After the indicator light turns off, put the

ingredients on the pan. When cooking ingredients repeatedly, let the pan heat up again until

the indicator light turns off.
Notes

If you are baking sweet food on the bottom of the pan, grease it with fat and flour it. The

used fat must be changed regularly, not refilled, to avoid its overheating. When cooking or

stewing we do not recommend heat processing of food without fat or without contents of

water. When preparing food in the pan, use only wooden or plastic kitchen utensils.
V. MAINTENANCE

Unplug the appliance from power supply by taking the plug of the power cord out of

the socket! Clean the grill only after it has cooled down! Always unplug the

temperature regulator from the pan! The pan and the lid may be fully immersed in water

(you may also use a dish washer). Wash the cooled-down pan in hot water as soon as

possible after using. Do not use sharp objects (e.g. knives, scrapers, steel wool) or rough

and abrasive cleaning agents with contents of abrasive substances (e.g. sharp objects,

peelers, chemical solvents, thinning agents, caustic agents for cleaning ovens or other

solvents)!. Wipe the temperature regulator only with a dry cloth. Dry the inner space around

the input connectors thoroughly before plugging the temperature regulator into the socket

again (after washing the pan in water). If the power cord is soiled, wipe it with a wet cloth.

It is common for the surface colour to change in time. This change, however, does not

have any influence on the surface characteristics in any way and it cannot be subject to a

complaint under warranty!
