Bit 15 Closing in Local Mode – Monitors the actuator LCS Close switch. Indicates the actuator LCS has been
switched to the Local position AND the actuator is being closed via the LCS. The host does not have control of the
actuator. Value of 1=True, Value of 0=False.

Register 11

Digital Outputs register. Read-only. 16-bit unsigned value. Contains additional field unit status. This register is
optional for controlling a field unit.

Bit 00 Close – Indicates field unit close contactor is engaged and the valve is moving in the close direction. This bit is
ORd with Register 11, bit 01. Value of 1=True, Value of 0=False.

Bit 01 Open – Indicates field unit open contactor is engaged and the valve is moving in the open direction. This bit is
ORd with Register 11, bit 00. Value of 1=True, Value of 0=False.

Bit 02 Digital Output S1 or R1 – Indicates field unit S1 Relay or R1 Relay (supplied w/ optional relay board) has
been energized. S1 is a latched relay w/ two complementary contacts (S1a and S1b), while R1 is an optional latched
relay w/ one contact (R1). This relay is configurable to operate under many conditions including DDC control. Verify
current configuration via the MX LCS. These latched digital output contacts are referenced as terminal points 44 and
45 (S1a / R1), and 48 and 49 (S1b).

Bit 03 Digital Output S2 or R2 – Indicates field unit S2 Relay or R2 Relay (supplied w/ optional relay board) has
been energized. S2 is a latched relay w/ two complementary contacts (S2a and S2b), while R2 is an optional latched
relay w/ one contact (R2). This relay is configurable to operate under many conditions including DDC control. Verify
current configuration via the MX LCS. These latched digital output contacts are referenced as terminal points 46 and
47 (S2a), 50 and 51 (S2b), and 48 and 49 (R2).

Bit 04 Digital Output R3 – Optional relay board required. Indicates the optional field unit R3 Relay has been ener-
gized. This relay is configurable to operate under many conditions including DDC control. Verify current configuration
via the MX LCS. This latched digital output contact is referenced as terminal points 46 and 47.

Bit 05 Digital Output R4 – Optional relay board required. Indicates the optional field unit R4 Relay has been ener-
gized. This relay is configurable to operate under many conditions including DDC control. Verify current configuration
via the MX LCS. This latched digital output contact is referenced as terminal points 50 and 51.

Bit 06 Digital Output R5 – Optional relay board required. Indicates the optional field unit R5 Relay has been ener-
gized. This relay is configurable to operate under many conditions including DDC control. Verify current configuration
via the MX LCS. This latched digital output contact is referenced as terminal points 36 and 37.

Bit 07 Digital Output R6 – Optional relay board required. Indicates the optional field unit R6 Relay has been ener-
gized. This relay is configurable to operate under many conditions including DDC control. Verify current configuration
via the MX LCS. This latched digital output contact is referenced as terminal points 38 and 39.

Bit 08 Digital Output R7 – Optional relay board required. Indicates the optional field unit R7 Relay has been ener-
gized. This relay is configurable to operate under many conditions including DDC control. Verify current configuration
via the MX LCS. This latched digital output contact is referenced as terminal points 40 and 41.

Bit 09 Network Bypass Relay – Indicates the network bypass relay is energized. Should this relay be de-energized,
the actuator will fail to communicate with the host. Value of 1=True, Value of 0=False.

Bit 10 Digital Output R8 – Optional relay board required. Indicates the optional field unit R8 Relay has been ener-
gized. This relay is configurable to operate under many conditions including DDC control. Verify current configuration
via the MX LCS. This latched digital output contact is referenced as terminal points 40 and 41.

Bit 11 Not Used

Bit 12-15 MOV Series Identification - Value of 1 indicates MX version 1996. Value of 9 indicates MX version 2006.
