Rule 112: Maximum DUT Size for MicroChamber TopHat Compatibility
This rule only applies when using the MicroChamber TopHat. The largest DUT the probe can measure inside the 5-inch
TopHat is 7 x 7 mm, measured from center to center of the pads. For the 6-inch TopHat, the maximum DUT size is
30 x 30 mm.
