The front panel of the DVI DA4 is shown below. The front panel
of the DVI DA2 is identical except for the silkscreen label in the
bottom right corner.

LED indicator — On both the DVI DA2 and DVI DA4, the LED
indicator illuminates green when the unit is receiving power.
