DANGER

Lethal voltages are present in the terminals and cables!
Severe injuries or death may occur if the cables in the battery unit are

touched.
The battery unit (Battery Management System (BMS) and battery) is

only permitted to be opened, installed and serviced by an authorised

electrician.

Do not carry out any alterations on the battery unit.

Ensure that the polarity is correct (+/-).

Keep the battery unit closed when in operation.

Do not open with force or damage.

Always replace the entire set of batteries.

Always use the specified battery manufacturer.

Do not allow to come into contact with fire, water or high tempera-

tures. Batteries could otherwise explode, leak and cause damage.

Wear anti-static gloves and shoes as well as safety goggles to pro-

tect against arcs during all work on the battery.

Observe all safety instructions in the manuals!

CAUTION

Skin irritation due to electrolytes from battery cells
Damage to batteries can release electrolytes that cause skin or eye

irritation.

In the event of skin contact, clean the area of skin for at least 15

minutes with water.

In the event of eye contact, rinse the eyes for at least 15 minutes

under cold water.

Remove contaminated clothing.

Contact a doctor immediately.

The electrician is responsible for observing all existing standards and regula-

tions.
