Minutes will start flashing.

Adjust by pressing the Frequency Up or Down Buttons (8,15).

Press the PROG/CLOCK adjust button on the remote control (4) to store the time.

OPERATION

Press the STANDBY/ON button to turn the unit on.

Select the Tuner function by pressing the TUNER/BAND button.

Select the desired frequency band that your station is on (FM, AM) with the TUNER/BAND

Selector button.

Tune to the desired radio station by pressing the TUNING UP/DOWN buttons on the unit or on

the remote control.

If you hold the TUNING UP/DOWN button for more than half a second ,the unit will begin to

automatically scan until a strong signal is found or until the TUNING UP/DOWN button is

SELECTING A PRSET STATION

To select a preset station, press the M-UP or M-DN Buttons (13,7) until the desired

preset program is displayed.

FM STEREO

ANTENNA

For FM reception there is a built-in one-meter FM Antenna wire at the rear of the unit.

Unravel the wire and move it around to obtain the best reception. For AM reception the signals

are picked up through the external frame antenna. You may have to move the frame amtenna

to obtain the best reception.

To turn off the radio, press the STANDBY/ON button to switch the unit into standby mode.

STORING PRESET STATIONS

Tune either automatically or manually (as described in previous sections) to the station to be

stored.

Press the PROGRAM/MEMORY button once; "MEMORY" will blink on the display. The display

will change for 5 seconds; during this time you must select the desired memory location by

pressing the PROGRAM /MEMORY button.

Press the PROGRAM/MEMORY Button to store the station at that location.

The unit can store up to 20 FM stations, 20 AM Stations.
