 Never cover the tool while it is switched on. The housing warms up while the tool is

switched on. Overheating of the tool can cause fire.

 Always deposited tool on the support bracket, when it is not in use.

Danger of burns ! The electric glue gun and the nozzle reach temperatures of
up to 200°C. Avoid direct contact between the skin and the switched-on tool,

as well as with the fluid hot-melt glue.

7 ASSEMBLY

7.1

Assembly of the support bracket (10)

 Insert one of the ends of the support bracket (10) in one of the holders (11)
 Pull the support bracket (10) apart at the other end, and insert that end in the holder (11)

7.2

Installing the nozzle

 Screw the nozzle (1) into the front of the tool, up to the stop. When screwing in the nozzle,

make sure it is positioned correctly.

8 OPERATION

8.1

Inserting hot-melt glue sticks

 Insert the glue sticks at the rear end of the tool and into the filler opening for glue sticks (3)
 Slide glue stick forward into the heating duct (2)

8.2

Connecting the equipment

 The tool can be used both with a mains cable and without. When working without a mains

cable, use the loading station (6) for heating the tool.

8.2.1

Connecting a mains cable

 Adjust the tool and the support bracket (10). Pivot the footstand (8) until the stop is

reached, for a more stable positioning.

 Insert the tool plug of the mains cable (12) into the connection jack up the loading station

(6a) or into the electric glue gun (7)

 Insert the mains plug of the mains cable (12) into the mains outlet.
 The tool switches on, as soon as the tool is connected. As soon as the tool has been

activated, the red control lamp (5) will light up.

8.2.2

Switching off the equipment

 Pull the mains plug out from the outlet
 As soon as the tool has been switched off, the control lamp (5) goes out.

8.2.3

Preparing the gluing spot

 The pieces that are to be glued and the ambient temperature must lie within a range of

+5°C and +50°C

 Clean all glued spots
