the TicTalk phone while driving within those jurisdictions. In those other
jurisdictions where using a wireless phone while driving is permitted,
use an approved hands-free accessory when available, avoid using the
phone in heavy traffic or hazardous weather conditions, and do not
take notes, look up phone numbers or engage in stressful or emotional
conversations or any other activity while driving that might divert your
attention from the road.
Use your TicTalk phone to report any emergencies (an emergency call
is usually free from any wireless phone).
