intended use

The abdominal trainer was developed as a
training tool to effectively train abdominal,
back, shoulder and arm muscles. This product is
designed for private use and is not suitable for
medical or commercial purposes.

Safety information

• Only use this product for its intended
purposes.
• The product may only be used under adult
supervision, never as a toy.
• Consult your physician before starting to
exercise. Verify you are healthy enough to
exercise.
• Always keep the instructions for use with
exercises handy.
• Remember to always warm up before
exercising and exercise according to your
current abilities. Immediately stop exercising
if you feel discomfort, weakness or fatigued,
and contact your physician.
• Allow ample space for safe training. Perform
exercises with enough clearance to objects
and other individuals to prevent injuries.
• Verify the grips are securely seated on the
centre bar before each training session.

• Only exercise on a level, non-slip footing.
• Do not use this product near stairs or steps.
• Pregnant women should consult their
physician before exercising.

Do not allow children to use this product
unsupervised. Instruct on the correct use of the
training tool and provide supervision. Only al-
low its use where the child’s mental and physical
development permits. This product is not suitable
as a toy.

Only use this product in proper working order.
Inspect the product for damage and signs of
wear before every training session. The safety of
this product can only be warranted if regularly
checked for damage and wear. Discontinue
using the product if damaged. Protect the
product from extreme temperatures, sun and
moisture. Improper product storage and use
could result in premature wear, causing injuries.

Assembly

1. Insert the centre bar into the wheel (Fig. A).
2. Slide the left and right handles all the way
onto the centre bar until securely seated.
Following assembly check the grips are
securely seated on the centre bar (Fig. B).

Training instructions

• Warm up before exercising.
• Do not exercise when ill or unwell.
• If possible, have an experienced physical
therapist show you how to correctly perform
the exercises prior to the first use.
• Only exercise so long as well, or so long as
being able to perform the exercises correctly.
• Wear comfortable sportswear and trainers.
