Replacing a bulb
DANGER TO LIFE FROM ELECTRIC SHOCK!
Before carrying out any tasks on the lamp, switch
off the electrical circuit at the circuit breaker box
or remove the fuse from the fuse box.
Allow the lamp to cool down completely.
Loosen the screws
1 with a Phillips screwdriver
and carefully tilt the front panel 9 downwards.
Carefully remove the defective bulb 10 . Now
insert a new bulb 10 (energy saving bulb,
max 23 W spiral shaped light bulb, E27,
220 -240 V ∼). Ensure that the bulb
10 is firmly
screwed into the socket.
Tilt the front panel 9 upwards again and fix it
with the screws 1 .
Switch the electric circuit back on at the circuit
breaker box or reinstall the screw fuse in the
fuse box.
Troubleshooting
Note: The motion detector 8 is more sensitive in
winter.

The light does not turn on.
The
bulb 10 is defective.
Replace the bulb 10 .
The motion detector 8 is not orientated at the
detection area.
Reorientate the motion detector 8 .
The electrical connection is defective.
Have the electrical connection checked by an
electrician.
The lamp switches rapidly on and off.
Eliminate the other light source.
Eliminate the other light source.
There are white or reflective surfaces in the
detection area.
Eliminate the interfering surfaces.
The lamp does not switch off.
The sensor sensitivity is set too high.
Turn the rotary control SENS
15 anticlockwise
to decrease the sensor sensitivity.
There are people or objects in the detection area.
Remove them.
The lamp oscillates in the wind. The motion
detector 8 is continuously triggered.
Install the lamp on a stable, solid surface.
There is something in the detection area that
causes a change in temperature (e.g. sun, water,
air conditioning unit, heater).
Reorientate the motion detector 8 .

SHOCK! For electrical safety reasons, never
clean the light with water or other fluids nor im-
merse it in water. When cleaning, only use a
dry, lint-free cloth.
Do not use solvents, petrol or the like.
Allow the lamp to cool down completely.
Disposal
The packaging and ancillary packing
consist entirely of environmentally friendly
materials. They can be disposed of at
your local recycling facility.
Do not dispose of electrical
equipment in the household
waste!
