8. Cleaning

DANGER!
Risk of electrocution!
Remove the power plug8 from the
wall socket before cleaning the ap-
pliance.

WARNING! Do not use harsh or abrasive
cleaning agents.

1. Remove the mixing blade4 and the

connecting piece3 from the motor unit1.

2. Figure A: push the two holders at the

bottom of the motor unit1 together and
remove the motor unit from the lid2.

3. Grasp underneath the handles of the

ring6 and lift the bowl5 out of the
container7.

Clean the motor unit

• Use a slightly damp, soft cloth to clean

the motor unit1.

Clean the bowl

• Do not clean the bowl5 until it has

cooled down to room temperature.

• Wash the bowl in water not exceeding

40 °C using a mild detergent.

Other parts

• Wash all other parts by hand in warm

water and a little detergent. (The mixing
blade4 can also be cleaned in the
dishwasher.) Dry all parts thoroughly.

9. Disposal

household waste, but must be taken to a col-

When disposing of the packaging, make
sure you comply with the environmental reg-
ulations applicable in your country.

10. Troubleshooting

If your appliance fails to function as re-
quired, please try this checklist first. Perhaps
there is only a minor problem which you can
solve yourself.
