1. Intended purpose
The electric fondue set is designed for heating fat, broth and cheese. It is designed solely for
the quantities used in private households but is not suitable for commercial purposes.
This appliance is also intended to be used in households and similar applications
such as …
… staff kitchen areas in shops, offices or other working environments;
… farm houses;
… by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
… bed and breakfast type environments.
Possible misuse
WARNING about material damage!
The stainless steel pot supplied must only be used on the heating unit of this electric fondue
set. Do not heat on an oven hob or over a naked flame.

If necessary, the following warnings will be used in these operating instructions:

material damage.

Instructions for safe operation
• This device can be used by people (including children 8 years
and older) with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities
or people without adequate experience and/or understanding if
they are supervised or have been instructed on how to use the
device safely and have understood the risks this use entails. Chil-
dren must not play with the device. Cleaning and user mainte-
nance must not be performed by children unless they are older
than 8 years and supervised.
• Keep children under 8 years of age away from the device and
the power cord.
• This appliance is not designed to be operated with an external
timer or a separate telecontrol system.
