♦ Approx. 4 potatoes

1) Peel the potatoes.
2) Cut the potatoes into narrow strips (chips).
3) Add oil (suitable for frying) to the inner
bowl 5 and set the temperature control 9
to the level

. Wait until the appliance has
heated up.
4) Add the chips to the frying basket 4.
5) Lower the frying basket 4 carefully into the
hot oil and fry the chips for around 25–30
minutes.
6) Lift the frying basket 4 carefully out of the hot
oil and hang it on the rim to allow any excess
fat to drain.
