346 Troubleshooting
Invalid PS3
A PostScript 3 ROM module that cannot be used on this printer
is installed. Turn off the printer and remove the module.
Invalid ROM A
The printer cannot read the installed optional ROM module. Turn
off the printer and remove the ROM module.
Mailbox x Full (x=1, 2, 3, 4)
The indicated output tray of the optional 4-Bin Mailbox is full,
and the printer cannot output paper to the tray anymore. Remove
the printouts on the tray.
Mailbox Missing
The optional 4-Bin Mailbox is not properly installed or mounted.
Mount it properly on the printer, or reinstall it.
Manual Feed xxx
The manual feed mode is specified for the current print job. Make
sure the paper size indicated by xxx is loaded, and then press the
N
Start/Stop button.
For details on the manual feed mode, see “Manually feeding
paper” on page 19.
Mem Overflow
The printer has insufficient memory to execute the current task.
Press the N Start/Stop button on the control panel to resume
printing. Or press the + Cancel Job button to cancel the print job.
