E. Assign Pedal Axis
1. Start X-Plane 9
2. Click on X on the upper left or right hand corner of the instructor’s station.
3. Move your mouse to the top of the screen to show the menu.
4. Choose Settings, then Joystick, Keys and Equipment.
5. In the Axis Tab, assign the axis as shown in the picture.
6. Click on Calibrate Joystick Hardware.
7. Click on Understood here.
8. Move all the axis to their limits several times
9. Close the window by clicking on X
10. Exit and Restart X-Plane.
