1. Verify the cannula is not kinked

2. Verify the cannula is properly connected

to oxygen outlet

3. Verify the cannula is properly positioned

No breath detected for

2 minutes

1. Verify the cannula is not kinked

2. Verify the cannula is properly connected

2. If alarm persists, change to alternate

oxygen source and contact your

1. Turn the POC to the “OFF” position

2. Turn the POC back “ON” to prescribed
