To Customers

Sufficient expertise is required for LCD Display installations.
Be sure to subcontract the installation to a Sony dealer or
licensed contractor and pay adequate attention to safety
during the installation.

Before setting up your LCD Display

Some LCD Display models are packaged with a detached
Table-Top Stand so you can mount your LCD Display to a
wall right away. See “Installing the LCD Display to the Wall”
if you want to mount the LCD Display to a wall. If you are
not mounting the LCD Display to a wall, you will need to
attach the Table-Top Stand (refer to the Setup Guide).
Be sure to consider the following while setting up your LCD
Display:
• Disconnect all cables when carrying the LCD Display.
• Carry the LCD Display with the adequate number of

people; larger size LCD Displays require two or more
people (four or more people for FW-100BZ40J).

• Correct hand placement while carrying the LCD Display is

very important for safety and to avoid damage.
