Power Cleaning cannot be completed.

Cleaning cannot be executed because there is not enough
available space in the maintenance box for the waste ink
that is ejected during Powerful Cleaning. To execute
cleaning, replace the maintenance box with a new one. The
maintenance box that was removed can be reinstalled and
used again after cleaning is complete.

Amount of data in print jobs sent to
printer is at maximum limit.

Print job data is too large.

Delete all the print jobs, and then split up the print job to
print it.

Nozzle check is recommended.

Nozzles may be clogged because the print head unit was
stopped for a long period outside the specified position. We
recommend doing a nozzle check to check for clogged
nozzles, and then to clean the heads if necessary.

The transportation lock is in the locked
(transporting) position.

You cannot print if the transportation lock is in the
transportation position.

Set the transportation lock to the print position according to
the instructions on the screen on the control panel of the
printer.

The printer’s internal unit has been
pulled out.

You cannot print because the printer’s internal unit is pulled
out.

Return the printer’s internal unit back to its original position
according to the instructions on the screen on the control
panel of the printer.

Printing speed is slow because the
printer’s internal temperature is too high.

Printing can continue even though the print speed is
reduced. To recover the print speed, pull out the interior of
the printer and open the inner cover and leave like that for
15 to 30 minutes. Leave the printer’s power on while it is
standing by.

See the following for more details on the solution.

cables for the printer and computer, and then turn the
printer’s power off and on again.

If the situation is still not improved, then repairs are needed.
