Typographical Conventions
The following typographical conventions and icons are used in this document.
Commonly Used Acronyms
The following acronyms are used extensively throughout this guide:
• LED – Light Emitting Diode
• SFP – 1‐Gigabit Small Form Factor Pluggable fiber‐optic transceiver
• SMF – Single Mode Fiber
• MMF – Multimode Fiber
• USB – Universal Serial Bus
• ESD – Electrostatic Discharge

Lowercase x Indicates the general use of an alphanumeric character (for example, 6x1xx, the x’s
