constantly being updated for completeness and accuracy. While the database
was judged to be as accurate as possible at the time of its release, a map database
can never be 100% accurate. Roadway information that is maintained in the map
databases, such as turning restrictions or road names, changes over time. In
addition, points of interest, such as restaurants, hotels, and gas stations, also
change over time. The complexity of keeping this directory current means that
some pieces of information may be missing or out-of-date at times.
Mapping and travel information for the USA is compressed into 9 Map CDs,
together with navigation software to operate the system. They are:

• Map CD 2 - Pacific NW / Mountain, USA
• Map CD 3 - Upper Midwest, USA
• Map CD 4 - South Central, USA
• Map CD 5 - Great Lakes, USA
• Map CD 6 - Ohio Valley, USA
• Map CD 7 - Northeast, USA
• Map CD 8 - Mid Atlantic, USA
• Map CD 9 - Southeast, USA
