Troubleshooting and support

I receive an

error message

while

transferring

images from

the camera to

my computer.

A power surge

or electrostatic

discharge may

have interrupted

the transfer.

Close the HP Photosmart

Software, disconnect the

camera from the computer, and

reset the camera (see

page 68). Then, restart the

image transfer process (see

page 55).
