• If a remote control is used, the receiver cannot
be placed under the burner. If possible, place the
receiver outside the combustion chamber.
• If the receiver must be placed in the combustion
chamber, the protective heat shield MUST be used.
See Figure 5.
• Position receiver on left side of gas log set (opposite
the pilot). Place protective heat shield over receiver.
