Foot rests
Any worker who cannot place their feet flat on the floor once their chair and desk have been set up to the correct
working height, should try a foot rest - the more adjustable the better. An ideal foot rest should be height-adjustable
and be able to tilt as well. Foot rests can also used for therapeutic purposes, to ease pressure on back of the thighs
and help with circulation or exercising the feet and ankles.
