Our website features the best-selling
smaller, back and neck-care products.
For larger items such as chairs, desks
and ergonomic accessories, customers
tend to ring us first, then order by fax or
‘phone.
Use our
personal door-to-door
delivery service, for the ‘greater’ north-
west. This end-user delivery and demon-
stration service, provided by our own
staff, costs:
£20 + VAT for an office chair, desk or
accessories.
Door-to-door prices will vary according to
the distance we must travel.
We use carriers when customers
are outside the north-west and are
content to un-box their own chair and
teach themselves how to use it. They
are always welcome to ring us for
some tips.
Our Post & Packing service for
customers on the U.K. mainland costs:
£ 7.50 + VAT for orders up to £100 in
value
£ 12.50 + VAT for orders over £100
in value (chairs and desks are extra).
Remember, the Buyer pays to send re-
turned goods back to us. We do not
refund the original outward carriage
costs.
