Problem Solution
Why is there no display on
the monitor or computer
VGA?
Check to make sure the power adaptor is working and the
output is connected properly.
Make sure the monitor is turned on and the video cable is
connected properly.
Connect the power and turn on the DVR, if there is a blue
screen, but no video on the monitor, change to a
corresponding channel to attempt to display the video.
Why does the video have
"water waves"?
There might be a broken video cable, short circuit, or bad
solder connection.
The video cable can be disturbed by strong power so make
sure it is not next to a strong power cable. Use a good
quality cable.
In this system, only a single line connected to the ground is
permitted. Please connect the host to the ground through the
ground screw located on the back panel.
Make sure the camera, monitor or cables do not have aging
problems.
