Deleting a
Record from the
UNA-LIST

Personal

If the UNA dot on the display is flashing, you should
delete at least one entry to prevent the loss of the
oldest entry.

To delete a record, press UNA until the record is
displayed, and then press # and CLEAR (softkey 3).
To see or delete the next UNA record, you must
press UNA again.

Your terminal has a Personal Directory feature that
allows you to store up to 32 names and associated
telephone numbers in the set.

Names may be up to 16 characters long, and
telephone numbers may be up to 30 characters
long.

1. Press L-DIR to access the directory.

>01=BILL HALEY

02=FUJITSU

2. Scroll to the name of the person you want to

call, or enter the Directory Address (01, 02, etc.)
for that person.

Press the # key to scroll forward and * to scroll
back.

3. Lift the handset or press SPKR to place your call.
