USING THE ELECTRIC GRILL
GRILL
This type of cooking is particularly suitable for quick browning.
The oven door must be kept open and the knob protection fitted.
FAN COOKING
This type of cooking allows even heat distribution to all parts of the oven.
It is possible to cook two different types of food (e.g. meat and fish) while
using their respective cooking times.
WARNING:
If the oven thermostat knob is accidentally turned during operation of
the electric grill, a safety device will prevent operation of the grill.
To restore operation, simply turn the oven knob until the moving reference
mark coincides with the fixed reference mark on the front panel (closed) .
During grill operation:
The oven door must be kept open and the knob protection fitted.
Keeping the door open, check the correct working of the cooling fan.
If the cooling fan doesn't start, operate in this way:
1 Check there has been no interruption in the electricity supply; if so,
stop cooking, switch off the grill and wait for the electricity to come.
2 If there has not been any interruption in the electricity supply,
do not use the oven and call the After-sales Service.
WARNING:
The accessible parts of the oven can be very hot when using the grill:
keep away the children.
