Preparing Pressure Washer for Use

If you have any problems with the assembly of your

pressure washer or if parts are missing or damaged,

call the pressure washer helpline at 1-800-270-1408.
To prepare your pressure washer for operation,

you will need to perform these tasks:
• Remove shipping cap on top of pump.
• Attach the handle and attach the wire form that

holds the high pressure hose and spray gun.

• Connect the high pressure hose to the spray gun

and the pump.

• Connect the water supply to the pump.
• Add oil to the engine crankcase.
• Add fuel to the fuel tank.

Remove Shipping Cap

To prevent oil from leaking from the pump, a shipping

cap has been installed on the oil breather of the pump.

You must remove the cap for your pressure washer to

operate properly (Figure 1).

CAUTION!

Running unit with the shipping cap

installed will damage the pump and void your

warranty.

Attach Handle and Wireform

• Place the handle onto the handle supports already

connected to the main unit. Make sure the holes in

the handle align with the holes on the handle

supports. (Figure 2)
