TROUBLESHOOTING
problEM CAusE soluTion
Iron does not
heat up. • The plug (11) is not
connected properly to the
wall outlet.
• The fabric setting

(7) is set to
position.
• The auto shut-off function
has been activated.
• Ensure the plug (11) is
properly connected to the
wall outlet.
• Ensure the fabric setting
display
(7) lights up.
• Press the fabric setting
button
(7) if the auto
shut-off function has been
activated.
Water leaks out
of the iron. • The water reservoir (12) is
overfilled.
• The set temperature has
not been reached or is
too low.

• Allow sufficient time for
the iron to preheat or set

produce steam. • Water level in the water
