Problem Possible Causes What To Do
No soft water No salt in the storage tank. • Refill with salt. See the Step-by-Step Installation Instructions.
Use the TOUCH HOLD button to start a regeneration. See

Transformer unplugged • Check for loss of power and correct. Reset the times, then
at the wall outlet, or power use the TOUCH HOLD button to start a regeneration. See

Fuse blown, circuit breaker • Replace the fuse, reset the circuit breaker, or switch breaker
