Select the Enabled option for the Status setting as shown below.

Change status to Enable.

Save the configuration by clicking on the
icon.

For proper recovery, disable the Link Loss Alert function on all
ports forming the ring.

From the main port configuration menu left mouse click on the
Configuration Icon for each of these ports.
Enable status...
...then Save
