If the projector remains overheated after the filters have been
cleaned, please contact the dealer of this projector to request
service for checking the cooling fan and the internal circuitry.
The Power Indicator is blinking red:
There is a problem with the internal circuitry. Please contact the dealer
of this projector for service.
The Lamp Led Indicator remains red: The life of the lamp has ended,
please replace with a new lamp now.
The Lamp Led Indicator is blinking red: There is a problem with the
lamp or the power supply of the projector. Please contact the dealer of
this projector for service.
Attention: Never try to do any maintenance on the projector that is not
indicated in this manual.
Problems With The Image Or Sound
The following are solutions to problems with the image or sound:
No image appears on the screen:
Check to ensure that the Power Led Indicator and the Lamp Led
Indicator are both green, and that the lens cover is removed from
the lamp of the projector.
Check to ensure that the video source is correctly selected. You
may press the SOURCE button on the Remote Control or on the
operation panel of the projector to select the video source.
Check the type of video output signal your computer is
producing. The video signal from your company may be out of
the response range of the image source.
