Enter a dummy value such as shown for the “Network path or queue name.” Select No
for "Do you print for MS-DOS programs?" and click Next.

The printer wizard displays a message stating that "The Network Printer is off-line". This
is OK. Continue the Add Printer Wizard until finished. If prompted about sharing the
printer, do not enable Sharing.

Once finished, navigate to the Printers folder (Start > Settings > Printers). The printer
icon will be grayed out indicating the printer is not ready.
