Positioning the TV

The TV’s built-in speaker array can be set up to reflect
sound off the room walls to create a surround sound effect.

Center the seating area in front of the TV and at

least six feet away.

Arrangements that give good results:

If the room is an odd shape, locate the TV to

take best advantage of wall reflections.

Avoid locations that may distort sound reflec-

tions.

Connecting the TV

To hear digital surround sound, the TV must be con-
nected to a digital surround sound source. The sur-
round sound source can be on an HDMI input or the
ANT input (for some digital broadcasts). Other stereo
connections will provide Dolby Pro Logic surround
sound.
