Double-click remove or remove.exe to run the Remove utility from the

Modem Gateway
CD-ROM. The SURFboard Cable Modem USB Driver Removal window is displayed:

Click Remove Driver.
After you remove the USB driver, re-install it on the computer. Perform
one
of:

Setting Up a USB Driver in Windows 98
•
Setting Up a USB Driver in Windows Me
