Annotation tools are available for some View & Share file types (for example, Word ® , Excel ® )
and when using the Whiteboard feature. The following pages overview the available annotation
tools.
Highlighters
 Color options: Yellow, Blue, Green or Red
 Size options: 20, 30, 40 or 50 pixel size
Pens
 Color options: Black, Blue, Green or Red
 Size options: 4, 8, 16 or 24 pixel size
Shapes
 Shape options: Rectangle, Ellipse, Line
 Color options: Black, Blue, Green or Red
