The List tab is part of most Maximo applications. For more information about this
tab, see the IBM Maximo User’s Guide and the Locations (Gv) help.
For information about a field, place the cursor in the field and press Alt + F1.
Contract Tab
You use the Contract tab to add, review, and modify information about a contract.

Properties Tab
You use the Properties tab to view or set contract properties, for example,
warranty, maintenance, and termination options. The fields on this tab appear on
the Properties tab of all core Maximo contract applications.
