Setting the clock

Press and hold SEL (select) for more
than 2 seconds.
“CLOCK H”, “CLOCK M”, “LEVEL”, “B. SKIP”,
or “EXT IN*” appears on the display.
* Displayed only when one of
the following sources is
selected — FM, AM and
Tape.

Set the hour.
1 Select “CLOCK H (hour)” if not shown on
the display.
2 Adjust the hour.

Set the minute.
1 Select “CLOCK M (minute).”
2 Adjust the minute.

Finish the setting.
To check the current clock time or change the
display mode
Press DISP (display) repeatedly. Each time you
press the button, the display mode changes as
follows:
During tuner operation:
Clock Frequency
During tape operation:
Clock Play mode (tape direction)
During external component operation:
Clock LINE IN
During CD changer operation:
Clock Elapsed playing time Disc number
During power off:
The power turns on, the clock time is shown
for 5 seconds, then the power turns off.
