Setting the auto shutoff
Your Sony handheld automatically rotates off the power and backlight after
a period of inactivity, to conserve battery power.
You can set how long your Sony handheld automatically shuts off
according to your settings.

From the upper right of the dropdown list of Preferences, tap
the General.

Tap the Auto Off from the dropdown list and tap an option.
You can select 30 seconds 1 minute, 2 minutes, or 3 minutes.

If you do not want to let your Sony handled turn off power
automatically while it is connected to the cradle, tap the
check box of “Stay on in Cradle” to set to On.
