Use buttons on the unit for the operation.

Turn the VOLUME control towards – to
turn down the volume.

Press TV to switch the function to TV.

Start playing the connected

Connect 6 speakers to an AV amplifier
equipped with a decoder.
For the speaker placement, refer to the
operating instructions supplied with the
connected amplifier.

Press DISPLAY in stop mode.
The Setup Display appears.

Press < or , repeatedly to select
“AV,” then press ENTER.

Press M or m repeatedly to select
“Dolby Digital” or “DTS,” then press
ENTER.

Press M or m repeatedly to select “Bit
Stream,” then press ENTER.

Press DISPLAY to turn off the Setup
Display.

Switch the output to 5.1 channel Dolby
Digital sound or 5.1 channel DTS
sound.
