Camera Screen
When you activate your phone’s camera:
1. The top line of the display is the
Status Bar and is reserved for camera
status icons.
2. The center of the display shows a
viewfinder image of the subject at
which the camera is pointed.
3. The soft key labels on the bottom
line of the display change to the following:
• Capture — Pressing the left soft key ( ) takes a pix of the
image currently appearing on the display.
• Options — Pressing the right soft key ( ) before taking the pix
opens a pop-up menu of camera settings.

uses for your Pix. see “CAmerA settinGs” on PAGe 61 for more informAtion.
Camera Screen Icons
Camera screen icons are shown on page 11. You can also view the icon
glossary on your phone by pressing Menu (
), then Toolbox, Settings,
Phone Info, and Icon Glossary.
Point, Click, and Send a Pix
Take a pix and send it to anyone with a compatible device in a few
easy steps.
tIp: you CAn senD A Pix messAGe to uP to ten reCiPients.
1. In Idle mode, press and hold the Camera key ( ) to activate
the camera.
2. Using the display as a viewfinder, take the desired pix by pressing the
Camera key ( ), Capture ( ), or .
“Saving to Pix Gallery – Please Wait!” appears in the display, followed
by the pix you have taken.
