(page 88).
Name Function
A AV ?/1 (on/
standby)
Press to turn on or off the audio/
video components that the
remote is assigned to operate
(page 137).
Press ?/1 (2) at the same time,
to turn off the receivers in the
main zone, zone 2 and zone 3,
and any other Sony components
(SYSTEM STANDBY).
Note
The function of the AV ?/1
switch changes automatically
each time you press the input
button (4).
B ?/1 (on/
standby)
Press to turn the receiver on or
off in zone 2 or zone 3.
Press AV ?/1 (1) at the same
time to turn off the receivers in
the main zone, zone 2 and
zone 3, and any other Sony
components (SYSTEM
STANDBY).
C ZONE
Press to enable the zone 2 or
zone 3 operation (page 88).
D Input
buttons
Press one of the buttons to
select the component you want
to use. Press a pink-labeled
button after pressing SHIFT
(qk). When you press any of the
input buttons, the receiver turns
on. The buttons are factory
assigned to control Sony
components (page 95). You can
program the remote to control
non-Sony components
following the steps in
“Programming the remote”
(page 137).
E ENTER Press to enter the value after
selecting a channel, disc or
track using the numeric buttons.
F PICTURE Press repeatedly to cycle
through the available picture
modes of TV.
G FAVORITES Press once to display the stored
favorite channel list of TV.
