Location of Controls

Adjusting the Screen Brightness
Depending on the surrounding light, you can
adjust the screen brightness by controlling the
brightness of the fluorescent pipe installed in the
liquid crystal panel.
Change the DIMMER selector located on the
side of the monitor to HIGH or LOW.
To adjust, use the BRIGHT dial.
HIGH: When the surrounding light is
bright (daytime).
LOW: When the surrounding light is
dark (nighttime).
When you connect and operate the optional Mobile
Color TV (XTL-610E), you can adjust the two
monitors at the same time. For operation, see the
supplied operating instructions manual for the
optional Mobile Color TV (XTL-610E/XTL-6100).
Note
The POWER switch, VOL dial, and DIMMER selector may be
inaccessible, depending on the mounting position. In this case,
adjust using the controls of the optional Mobile Color TV (XTL-
610E/XTL-6100).
Before you mount the this unit, make sure these
switches are set as below:
— POWER switch:
ON
— VOL dial: Max.
— DIMMER selector: HIGH
When the POWER switch, VOL dial, and
DIMMER selector are not hidden, you can
perform these functions on the this unit.

Al conectar y emplear el TV móvil en color
opcional (XTL-610E), podrá ajustar los dos
monitores simultáneamente. Para obtener
información sobre el funcionamiento, consulte el
manual de instrucciones suministrado del TV

Nota
Es posible que no se pueda acceder al interruptor POWER, al
dial VOL ni al selector DIMMER en función de la posición de
montaje. En ese caso, realice el ajuste mediante los controles del
TV móvil en color opcional (XTL-610E/XTL-6100).
Antes de montar esta unidad, asegúrese de que
estos interruptores están ajustados de la siguiente
manera:
— Interruptor POWER: ON
— Dial VOL:
Max.
— Selector DIMMER: HIGH
Si el interruptor POWER, el dial VOL y el selector
DIMMER no están ocultos, podrá realizar estas
funciones en esta unidad.
Ajuste del brillo de la pantalla
En función de la iluminación circundante, es
posible ajustar el brillo de la pantalla mediante
el control del brillo del tubo fluorescente
instalado en el panel de cristal líquido.
Cambie el selector DIMMER ubicado en el
lateral del monitor a HIGH o LOW.
Para realizar el ajuste, utilice el dial BRIGHT.
HIGH: Si la iluminación circundante es
brillante (durante el día).
LOW: Si la luz iluminación circundante
es oscura (durante la noche).

Einstellen der Bildhelligkeit
Sie können die Bildhelligkeit auf das
Umgebungslicht einstellen. Dabei wird die
Helligkeit der Leuchtstoffröhre im LCD-
Bildschirm verändert.
Stellen Sie den Wählschalter DIMMER an der
Seite des Monitors auf HIGH (hell) oder LOW
(dunkel).
Regulieren Sie dann die Helligkeit mit dem
Regler BRIGHT.
HIGH: Bei heller Umgebung (Tag)
LOW: Bei dunkler Umgebung (Nacht)
Wenn Sie diesen Monitor an das zusätzlich
erhältliche mobile Farbfernsehgerät (XTL-610E)
anschließen, können Sie die beiden Monitore
gleichzeitig einstellen. Weitere Informationen
finden Sie in der Bedienungsanleitung zu dem
mobilen Farbfernsehgerät XTL-610E/XTL-6100.
Hinweis
Je nach Montageposition sind der Netzschalter POWER, der
Lautstärkeregler VOL und der Wählschalter DIMMER
möglicherweise nicht zugänglich. In diesem Fall nehmen Sie die
gewünschten Einstellungen über die Bedienelemente des
zusätzlich erhältlichen mobilen Farbfernsehgeräts (XTL-610E/
XTL-6100) vor.
Achten Sie darauf, daß die Bedienelemente wie
unten aufgeführt eingestellt sind, bevor Sie das
Gerät montieren:
— Netzschalter POWER:
ON
— Lautstärkeregler VOL: Max.
— Wählschalter DIMMER: HIGH
Wenn der Netzschalter POWER, der
Lautstärkeregler VOL und der Wählschalter
DIMMER dieses Geräts zugänglich sind, können
Sie die entsprechenden Funktionen natürlich
auch mit diesen Bedienelementen ausführen.

Es posible que se deba a interferencias locales, como motores de
automóviles o motocicletas. Ajuste las antenas para reducir al
mínimo dichas interferencias.
Conecte las antenas firmemente.
Es posible que se deba a reflejos de montañas o edificios
cercanos.
Está conduciendo mientras el reproductor de TV o vídeo está
encendido.
n Por razones de seguridad, no aparecerá la imagen.

•Das Gerät wurde von der Autobatterie getrennt.
•Die Sicherung ist durchgebrannt.
•Drücken Sie (POWER).
Stellen Sie die Lautstärke mit dem Regler VOL ein.
Dies kann auf lokale Störquellen wie Automotoren oder
Motorräder zurückgehen. Richten Sie die Antenne so aus, daß
die Störungen möglichst gering ausfallen.
Schließen Sie die Antenne korrekt an.
Dies kann auf Reflexionen naher Gebirge oder Gebäude
zurückgehen.
Fernsehgerät bzw. Videowiedergabegerät sind während der
Fahrt eingeschaltet.
n Aus Sicherheitsgründen ist in diesem Fall kein Bild zu sehen.
