Solution

Console shuts off (enters sleep

mode) while in use

Main console cable integrity

All wires in cable should be intact. Replace cable

if wires appear crimped or cut.

Main console cable connections/

position

Confirm cable is securely connected and

properly positioned. Small latch on connector

should line up and snap into place.

Magnet position (requires shroud

removal)

Replace flywheel or entire base assembly if you

do not see a magnet.

RPM Sensor (requires shroud

removal)

RPM sensor should be aligned with magnet

and connected to data cable. Re-align sensor

if necessary. Replace if there is any damage to

sensor or connecting wire.

Unit operates but Contact HR

not displayed

HR cable connection at console

Confirm cable is connected securely to console.

Sensor grip

Confirm hands are centered on HR sensors. Hands

must be kept still with relatively equal pressure

applied to each side.

Dry or calloused hands

Sensors may have difficulty with dried out or

calloused hands. A conductive electrode cream

such as Buh-Bump™ can help make a better

conduct. Purchase online at medical or large

fitness stores.

Handlebars

Replace handlebars if tests reveal no other

issues.

Unit rocks/does not sit level

Leveler adjustment on front

stabilizer

Level the machine by turning the feet in or out.

Surface under unit

Move machine to level area if adjustments do not

compensate for unlevel surfaces.

Foot pedals loose/unit difficult

to pedal

Hardware

Tightly secure all hardware on pedal arm, sub

pedal arm, and handlebars.
