You can also view how much space is currently occupied by each message box and check how many names and
numbers are stored in Contacts, in the SIM card, and in the phone memory.
1. From the Home screen, press then touch Settings ➔ Memory settings ➔ Memory status.
2. Touch the desired item to check the memory status.
Reset settings
In this menu, you can reset your phone and sound settings to the default settings or perform a Master reset.
Reset settings
1. From the Home screen, press then touch Settings ➔ Reset settings.
2. Touch the check box next to each of the following that you want to reset:
• Select all
: Phone, Display, and Sound settings are returned to default values.
• Sound profiles : only sound settings are returned to default values.
• Display settings : only display settings are returned to default values.
• Phone settings : only phone settings are returned to default values.
3. Touch Reset, enter your password, and touch Confirm.
4. At the prompt, select Yes to confirm or No to cancel.
Master reset
1. From the Home screen, press then touch Settings ➔ Reset settings ➔ Master reset.
2. Enter your password and touch Confirm.
3. At the prompt, select Yes to confirm or No to cancel.
Software update
The Software update feature enables you to use your phone to connect to the network and download any new phone
software directly to your phone.

software (if available).
