The CD Player

Playing tracks
repeatedly

(Repeat play)

You can play tracks repeatedly in normal
play mode and other play modes you want.

FUNCTION REPEAT

1

Press FUNCTION repeatedly until
“CD” appears on the display when the
player is not in CD mode.

Play the CD.
You can play tracks repeatedly in
normal play mode and other play modes
you want (see pages 21– 25).

Press REPEAT until “

” appears on

the display.

To cancel Repeat play

Press REPEAT until “

” disappears from

the display.

Press CD u to start Program Play.

On the remote

1 Press FUNCTION repeatedly until “CD”

appears on the display.

2 Press MODE repeatedly until “PGM” appears on

the display.

3 Press the number buttons or ./m, M/

> for the tracks or files (or press

+ or

for the groups) you want to program in the order
you want.

4 Press u.

To cancel Program Play

Stop playing first. Then press MODE/DIR
repeatedly until “PGM” disappears from the
display.

To check the order of tracks
before play

Press the jog dial after step 2.
Every time you press the jog dial, the track
or file number appears in the programed
order.

To change the current program

Press STOP x once after step 2. The current
program will be erased. Then create a new
program following the programing
procedure.

Tips

• You can play the same program again, since the

program is saved until you open the CD tray.

• You can record your own program. After you

have created the program, insert a blank tape
into the tape compartment then start recording
(see page 15).
