Ringer type setting for fax calls
This option enables you to set a unique ri n ger type for fa x
c a l l s .
To set the ri n ger type for fax calls:
1 . P ress to display the Main menu .
2 . P ress for Setup / To o l .
3 . P ress for Sounds.
4 . P ress for Ringer Ty p e .
5 . P ress for Data/Fax In.
6 . P ress the scroll keys to scan nine ring types and fo u r
m e l o dy tones.E a ch tone sounds as you scan the options.
7 . When the desired ri n ger type sounds, p ress to save
the setting.
Ringer type setting for roaming calls
This option enables you to select a distinctive ri n ger type
for incoming roaming calls (this fe a t u re is on by defa u l t ) .
To set a distinctive ri n ger for incoming roaming calls:
1 . P ress to display the Main menu .
2 . P ress for Setup / To o l .
3 . P ress for Sounds.
4 . P ress for Roam Ringe r.
5 . P ress the scroll keys to choose Distinctive or Norm a l .
6 . When the desired ri n ger type display s ,p ress to save
the setting.
6 . P ress the scroll keys to High, M e d ,L ow, 1 - B e e p ,Vi b ra t e
or Off.
7 . When the desired volume setting display s ,p ress t o
s ave the setting.
Ringer type setting for your alarm
This option enables you to set a unique ri n ger type fo r
your alarm .
To set the ri n ger type for the alarm :
1 . P ress to display the Main menu .
2 . P ress for Setup / To o l .
3 . P ress for Sounds.
4 . P ress for Ringer Ty p e .
5 . P ress for A l a rm .
6 . P ress the scroll keys to scan nine ring types and fo u r
m e l o dy tones. E a ch tone sounds as you scan the options.
