Adjusting time settings
Manually setting the clock
To manually set the clock:
1 Press MENU. The on-screen menu opens.
2 Press or to highlight Settings, then press
or ENTER. The Settings menu opens.
3 Press or to highlight Time Setup, then
press or . The Settings-Time Settings menu
opens.
4 Press or to highlight Time Zone, then press
or to select your time zone. You can select
Indiana, Eastern Time, Hawaii, Alaska, Pacific
Time, Arizona, Mountain Time, or Central
Time.
5 If your viewing area observes daylight savings
time, press or to highlight Daylight
Savings, then press or to select On.
6 Press or to highlight Date/Time, then press
or . The Date/Time menu opens.
7 Press or ENTER to set Auto Synchronization
to Off. Auto Synchronization must be set to
Off to manually set the date and time.
8 Press or to highlight a setting, then press
or to open a setting menu. You can select:
• Date—Press or to move from field to
field, then press the number buttons to set the
date.
• Time—Press or to move from field to
field, then press the number buttons to set the
time.
9 Press MENU to return to the previous menu, or
press EXIT to close the menu.
Setting the sleep timer
You can specify the amount of time before your TV
automatically turns off.
To set the sleep timer:
1 Press MENU. The on-screen menu opens.
2 Press or to highlight Settings, then press
or ENTER. The Settings menu opens.
